Very well done image. Reminiscent of Japanese porn comics with the tentacle reaching in from out of our viewing area attached, no doubt, to some unspeakable otherworldly creature. As the tentacle (flesh colored no less) snakes it's way to the girl, we notice that she has no mouth, therefore she cannot express herself. Whether fear, revulsion, or even wanton willingness, so she seems resigned to her fate, whatever it may be. Her hands are bound but yet she no longer strains against them. In spite of what we assume will be some terrible fate, she shows almost no tension. This complacentcy is very unnerving to the viewer and adds to the drama of the piece. This is a powerful visual with great concept and execution. Good Job!
